Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, thanks to its exceptional location near the village market, eateries, and the lake. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, I found the dining options pretty minimal, which was a bit of a letdown. Overall, the value for money seemed fair considering the amenities available.
I had a decent stay at this hotel, with a few ups and downs. The location is great, just a short walk to the village and close to many restaurants. The rooms were a nice size and comfortable, although they had a musty smell that was a bit off-putting. The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to help. However, the dining options were limited compared to the price, which was a letdown.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, which I really appreciated, but the temperature was a bit inconsistent, making my night a little restless. The location was perfect, right in downtown Big Bear, easy to get to shops and the lake. However, the dining scene could use some improvement, as the breakfast options were quite limited.
I had a decent stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, close to all the shops and restaurants I wanted to visit. The rooms, however, felt a bit outdated and could use some modern updates. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which I truly appreciated. Overall, it was good value for money, but I did find the room noise from the traffic a bit bothersome at times.
